REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 72-2006 issued on November 20, 2006 notifies the loss of the original copy of an unused BIR Form No. 2320-Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) with Serial No. 011551.

     Said copy was reported missing by Ms. Angelita H. Nicodemus and Ms. Nesally N. Camposanto, both of RDO No. 54, Revenue Region No. 9, San Pablo City. Consequently, the entire TCC set bearing the said serial number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
