REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 44-2009 issued on August 7, 2009 notifies the loss of one pad of unused BIR Form No. 0423 – Apprehension Slip (APS) with Serial Nos. APS200100009151 to APS200100009200.
     Said copies, which were reported missing by Ms. Margie Jeanette R. Lim of BIR National Investigation Division, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
