REVENUE MEORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 57-2006 issued on September 21, 2006 lifts the suspension on the implementation of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 30-2005 relative to the issuance of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered taxpayers pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement between the SEC and the Bureau of internal Revenue in the implementation of the electronic exchange of information among government agencies.
