REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 14-2005 issued on April 13, 2005 notifies the loss of the quadruplicate copy of an issued BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial No. ROR200400443915.
          Said form was reported lost by Mr. Pelagio M. Lopez of Revenue Region (RR) No. 12, Bacolod City. All official transactions involving the use of said missing copy should be verified.
