REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 106-2022 issued on July 20, 2022 notifies the loss of twenty-five (25) sets of unused/unissued BIR Form No. 0535 – Taxpayer Information Sheet (TIS) bearing the following Serial Numbers:
                                            TIS201900171301 – TIS201900171325
                 The abovementioned forms, which were reported as lost by Revenue Officer Jun  Norman M. Fillon of Revenue District Office No. 39, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
