REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 6-2020 issued on January 22, 2020 extends the submission of the Year-End Sworn Declaration of Inventories of Diesel, Gasoline and Kerosene by All Retail/Gasoline Stations nationwide until January 31, 2020.

All Revenue District Offices are directed to submit the soft copies of the consolidated Sworn Declaration of Inventories to the Excise Large Taxpayers Field Operations Division on or before February 5, 2020 by using the dedicated email fuel_eltfod@bir.gov.ph, copy furnished the Chief, Regional Investigation Division
