REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 11-2019 issued on January 22, 2019 notifies the loss of 1,500 pieces of unused/unissued Documentary Stamps (₱15.00 denomination) with Serial Numbers DSJ201503057701 to DSJ201503059200.

The abovementioned forms, which were reported as lost during the Marawi siege in Marawi City by Revenue Collection Officer Norosalam G. Lantud of Revenue District No. 102,have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
