REVENUE DELEGATION AUTHORITY ORDER NO. 3-2010 issued on February 22, 2010 assigns temporarily to the Deputy Commissioner for Legal and Inspection Group the authority to sign Closure Orders and Memorandum Reports, including the lifting of such Closure Orders relative to the implementation of the Oplan Kandado Program. Said authority is automatically revoked upon resumption of duty of Deputy Commissioner Nelson M. Aspe of the Operations Group.
